HypeHouse Eventz – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to HypeHouse Eventz.
By registering, booking, or participating in any of our sports tournaments or associated events,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full payment.
The booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Booking is non-transferable unless approved by HypeHouse Eventz management.
Payment once made cannot be carried over to a future event.
Late payments may result in disqualification without refund.
2. Participation Guidelines
All players are expected to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may lead to disqualification or walkovers.
No compensation will be offered for players arriving late or missing matches.
Participants must carry valid ID proof for verification.
Only registered players are allowed to participate; replacements must be approved 24 hours in advance.
3. Code of Conduct
Players must maintain discipline, fair play, and sportsmanship at all times.
Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or any misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants at the venue is strictly prohibited.
HypeHouse Eventz has the right to expel any player for inappropriate behavior without refund.
4. Event Management Rights
HypeHouse Eventz reserves the right to alter the tournament format, rules, fixtures, or venue.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (like weather or technical issues), events may be rescheduled.
No refund will be given due to rescheduling or delays beyond our control.
The organizer's decision will be final in all matters of disputes.
Organizers have all rights to take on the spot entries.
5. Health & Safety
Players participate at their own risk.
HypeHouse Eventz is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
Players are advised to consult a doctor before participating in physical activities.
Emergency medical assistance may be provided, but at the participant’s cost.
6. Equipment & Attire
Players must carry their own sports gear and attire unless specified otherwise.
Wearing proper sportswear and shoes is mandatory.
HypeHouse Eventz will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
7. Photography & Media
By participating, players consent to photography and videography during events.
These materials may be used for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Participants cannot object to their images being published on social media, our website, or partner platforms.
8. Team Registrations
Team names must not include offensive, political, or controversial language.
Any team failing to arrive on time forfeits their spot.
Teams must appoint a captain who will be the point of contact for all communications.
Teams are responsible for their conduct both on and off the field.
9. Tournament Rules
Each tournament will have its own specific rules shared prior to the start.
Referee decisions are final and binding.
Any cheating or foul play will result in disqualification.
Protest or objections must be lodged in writing within 15 minutes of the incident.
10. Liability Waiver
HypeHouse Eventz shall not be held responsible for any physical or property damage.
By registering, players waive all rights to claim compensation for injury or loss.
Participants agree to indemnify the organizers against any legal or financial claims.
11. Minors & Guardianship
Participants under 18 must have written parental consent.
Guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors during the event.
12. Cancellation & No Shows
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance.
HypeHouse Eventz reserves the right to cancel a tournament with prior notice. In such rare cases, alternative dates or credits may be offered at our discretion.
13. Communication
Official communication will be done via WhatsApp or email provided during registration.
It is the responsibility of the participant to check for updates regarding fixtures, venues, and changes.
14. Technical Failures
HypeHouse Eventz will not be responsible for technical or online booking failures.
If online payment is deducted but not reflected, please contact support within 24 hours.
15. General Conditions
HypeHouse Eventz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation implies full acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
Any dispute shall be subject to Indian law of conduct.
